Account & Registration

Creating a ritz99 account is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Click the link Register, enter your Malaysia phone number, create a strong password, and verify via the OTP code sent to your phone. Once verified, your account is instantly active and ready to use.

Yes, identity verification (KYC) is required before you can make your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a photo of your ID (MyKad) and proof of bank account ownership. The review process is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours on business days. KYC is a standard security measure to protect your account.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one ritz99 account. Multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you are having issues with an existing account, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

To change your password, go to account settings after logging in and select "Change Password". To update your phone number, you will need to contact our support team directly via live chat, as this process requires additional identity verification to keep your account secure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ritz99 accepts deposits via multiple methods including online bank transfers (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost), and instant payment services such as FPX. All deposits are credited to your account within seconds.

Most withdrawals at Ritz99 are processed within 3 to 10 minutes directly to your Malaysian bank account. For first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding certain limits, an additional security review may take up to 1 hour. Accounts with completed KYC verification typically enjoy faster withdrawal processing.

The minimum deposit at Ritz99 is as low as RM10, making it accessible to players of all levels. The maximum deposit limit depends on your chosen payment method and account tier. VIP members enjoy higher deposit limits compared to standard members. Full details of these limits can be found on the deposit page within your account.

If your withdrawal hasn't arrived after 1 hour, it's most likely due to one of the following: KYC verification is incomplete, bonus wagering requirements have not been met, or there is a temporary technical issue on the bank's end. Please contact our support team via live chat with your transaction ID for immediate assistance.

Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus will be automatically credited to your account after your first successful deposit. No special promo code is needed — the Ritz99 system detects your first deposit and activates the bonus instantly. Make sure you read the bonus wagering requirements before making a withdrawal. Check the Promotions for more information.

Wagering requirements mean you must wager a specified amount before bonus funds can be converted to cash and withdrawn. For example, if your bonus is RM50 with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to wager RM50 × 20 = RM1,000 before a withdrawal is permitted. You can track your wagering progress under the "Active Bonuses" section in your account.

Yes! ritz99 offers a variety of ongoing promotions for existing members, including daily reload bonuses, weekly cashback, game rebate bonuses, and special offers during Malaysian public holidays. Promotions are updated regularly — visit the Promotions to view all currently active offers.

Security & Privacy

Your data security is our top priority. All personal information and financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by leading banking institutions. Your data will never be shared with third parties without your consent, and all passwords are stored in hashed form that cannot be decrypted by anyone.

No, that message is not from ritz99. Our team will never ask for your password, PIN, or any sensitive information through any channel — including email, SMS, WhatsApp, or live chat. If you receive such a message, it is a phishing attempt. Do not click any links and report it to our support team immediately.

If you notice any unusual activity on your account — such as logins from an unfamiliar location, transactions you didn't make, or changes you didn't authorise — immediately change your password and contact our support team via live chat. We will temporarily freeze your account for investigation and help you safely restore access.

Games

ritz99 offers over 500 game options spanning video slots, fish shooting games, live table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), Bingo, poker and much more. All games can be played directly in your web browser with no additional software to download, or via mobile app ritz99.

Yes. All slot games and chance-based games at ritz99 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent international testing bodies. This ensures every spin is completely random and cannot be manipulated. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous rounds or your betting amount.

Yes, most slot games at ritz99 have a free demo mode that lets you play without using real money. This is useful for familiarising yourself with gameplay, paylines, and bonus features before wagering real money. Live games and select exclusive table games are available in real-money mode only.

Don't worry — all Ritz99 game sessions are protected by an automatic recovery system. If your internet connection drops while a game is in progress, the system saves the game state. When you log back in and reopen the same game, you'll be resumed from where you left off. Any betting funds involved are also protected throughout.
