Who We Are
A Platform That Grows With Malaysian Players
Ritz99 was built on a simple belief — that Malaysian players deserve better. More than just a wide selection of games, they deserve a seamless experience, a fair system, and a platform that truly understands the needs and habits of local players.
From day one, ritz99 has placed player satisfaction at the heart of every decision made — from interface design and payment method options to customer support response times. We understand that trust is not built overnight, which is why we continue to invest in security infrastructure, operational transparency, and consistently high service quality.
Today, ritz99 has grown into one of the most recognized and widely used online gaming platforms in Malaysia, with an active player community that continues to expand every day. Yet no matter how large we grow, our spirit remains the same — delivering the best experience to every player, without exception.

Our Journey
From a Small Dream to a Big Platform
Every great company starts with a humble story. ritz99 is no different. We started with a small team sharing one dream — to build an online gaming platform that truly understands Malaysian players, rather than simply adapting a foreign platform and adding a Malay translation.
Every phase of ritz99's growth has been accompanied by significant investment in technology, hiring the best talent in the industry, and most importantly — listening to feedback from our players. This is our journey up to today.
Our Stance
Responsible Gaming Is at the Core of ritz99's Identity
One thing that sets ritz99 apart from other platforms is our unwavering commitment to responsible gaming. For us, this is not just a marketing phrase — it is a genuine practice embedded at every level of our system. ritz99 players have full access to self-management tools such as daily and weekly deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and options for a mandatory break or full self-exclusion.
We also have a dedicated team that monitors gameplay patterns to identify players who may need support. When signs of excessive dependency are detected, our team reaches out proactively — rather than waiting for players to come to us. This is how ritz99 demonstrates that we genuinely care about the person behind the screen, not just the numbers in a revenue report.
On the technology front, ritz99 has never stopped investing. Our servers operate at 99.9% uptime, meaning technical disruptions are extremely rare. Our random number generator (RNG) verification system is regularly audited by independent bodies to ensure every spin, every round, and every game outcome is truly random and tamper-proof. This is not just a promise — it is a verifiable fact, with audit reports available upon request.
Ritz99 is also committed to supporting Malaysia's digital economy. We prioritise the use of local infrastructure and hire Malaysian talent across various fields including information technology, customer service, digital marketing, and content management. When you play at ritz99, you are not only enjoying high-quality entertainment — you are also supporting a rapidly growing local digital ecosystem.
